No repair starts until you approve the quote. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Many repairs like screens and batteries are completed in 1–2 days. Board-level and data recovery work may take longer; we give you a realistic estimate upfront.
We recommend backing up your data before any repair. While we take great care, we are not responsible for data loss during repair.
We use premium, OEM-quality parts. If you prefer a specific grade of part, let us know and we'll discuss options.
Liquid-damaged devices are handled case by case. We assess the damage and explain what can realistically be recovered.
Payment is due upon completion and pickup of your repaired device. We accept major payment methods.
Devices not picked up within 60 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned.
If a device cannot be repaired, we explain why. The free diagnostic means you owe nothing for an assessment that ends in 'not repairable.'
We offer repair agreements for businesses, schools and other shops. Contact us to set up a custom B2B arrangement.
Your device and data stay confidential. We never access personal files beyond what's required to complete the repair.
